What Happens If an Item is not in Stock?
There are 3 types of product availability status that you should be aware of.
Instock- Means goods are in our warehouse and will ship on Mon,Wed & Fridays.You can expect next day delivery on all instock items.
Backorder - Means we can order in products especially for you.We have access to over 40,000 products with our suppliers many of which are not listed on the site.Backorder items are billed ASAP.
* Please note that we also list and advertise many PRE-ORDER products on this site.
Pre-Order - products are items that are not currently in stock but are coming soon.You will be billed ASAP for all preorder items , we do this because we sell alot of rare, limited edition items often made to order from the Manufacturer.They require us to pay up front to secure our order with them which is often produced in very limited qty's ,so we have to do this to secure the stock.
*You have the right to cancel all Instock,Backorder or Preorder items at anytime should you not wish to proceed with the order.
However sometimes with popular, rare or limited items, stock sells out faster than we can update availability information but we do try to be as accurate as humanly possible
When this happens we'll send you an e-mail asking you if you wish to wait or cancel.
If you cancel we'll close your order and thats it.
If you decide to continue and wait for the order then we'll do our best to give you an idea of when you'll get your goods.
9 times out of 10 when goods are delayed its because the item has been delayed by the manufacturer and/or distributor/supplier.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please note we can only accept returns in their original packaging and our proof of purchase (our receipt or invoice). If you meet these two conditions then all you have to do is send the goods you don't want to our returns address:

As soon as we receive the parcel we'll issue your refund and the cost of sending it back to us! Please only send parcels 2nd Class post. Please do not use recorded or special delivery as we can only refund 2nd class postage or less. We cannot refund postage for non-UK orders that are returned.

When do you charge my credit card?
You will be billed straight away for all Instock,Backorder or Preorder items.
You have the right to cancel your order at any point should you not want to proceed anymore.
Do I receive a confirmation e-mail?
Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with your Internet Order number immediately after you complete checkout. You will also receive Order Status and Shipping Confirmation emails. If you do not, please contact us.
Do I need an account to order ?
Yes, it only takes a few moments to create one and is beneficial for you and us.It's also free to do this and we often send promotional offers also.
What happens IF an item, description, price or other content on the web site is incorrect?
We do our best to be as accurate/spot-on as possible.
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
99% of the time all info is accurate but we cannot be responsible for typographical errors, manufacturer delays in delivery or changes to products.
All product descriptions, case assortments, variations, prices and ship dates are subject to change and availability without notice. If you are not sure about something or are buying a product as a gift please ask as many questions as possible!
How can I add/remove/change or cancel an item or order?

When will my order arrive?
If the item (s) you ordered is an IN STOCK item. You MIGHT receive it the NEXT day depending on what time/day we process your order. All orders received before 12:00pm on any working day are processed on that day. Most UK customers receive their order within 2 days latest. If you have not then feel free to chase us up on it. But do please allow at least a week to get your order.
International (non-uk) orders usually get to their destinations within 1 Working week after despatch.
With PRE-ORDER and BACKORDER items its a whole different ball game. PRE-ORDER items are despatched within 3 days of the stock arriving in our warehouse. An e-mail will be sent to you when any type of order is shipped. Am I charged more than once for shipping for multiple shipments in one order?
No, shipping is only charged once. No additional shipping charges are applied.
UK customersFREE Shipping. Order as many items as you like.
Most items will ship Via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Service.Orders over £40 will be sent recorded delivery.
