2011, United States, Florida —

Jolyne Cujoh is falsely accused of committing a crime and sentenced to life in prison at the maximum-security Green Dolphin Street Prison, often referred to as “The Aquarium.” Jolyne’s father, Jotaro Kujo, comes to visit with the intention of rescuing his daughter… But that was just what the mysterious Stand and Pale Snake’s mastermind had in mind all along for this to happen. Pale Snake is after something that is contained within Jotaro’s memory: “a gateway to Heaven,” which was something that DIO, an adversary that Jotaro had previously vanquished.

Jotaro is put into a dormant state as a result of Pale Snake’s strike. This causes him to lose his ability to Stand as well as his memories in the form of discs. Jolyne has made the decision to continue serving her time in order to get the discs that belonged to her father.

Jolyne, aided by her newly acquired allies Ermes Costello, F.F., Emporio Alnino, Weather Forecast, and Narciso Anastasia, engages in combat with other Stand users who have infiltrated the facility in order to learn who is responsible for Pale Snake and reclaim her father’s Stand ability as well as his memory.

A new and more intense chapter of the final struggle that will put an end to the fates of the Joestar family and DIO that have been intertwined for over a century has begun!
