Sergio Kun Aguero Becomes Manchester City’s All-Time Leading Goal Scorer. Sergio Kun Aguero has become Manchester City’s all-time leading goal scorer, after netting his 178th goal for the club in a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa.
The Argentine striker has been with City for over nine years, during which time he has won six major trophies, including three Premier League titles. Kun Aguero is also the club’s record holder for most goals in a single season, having scored 32 goals in the 2015-16 campaign.
Commenting on his achievement, Kun Aguero said: “I’m really happy to have scored this goal and to have broken the club’s all-time scoring record. It’s something I never thought would happen when I first joined City, but I’m really proud to have done it.

He played a vital role in Atlético’s victory in the 2010 UEFA Europa League Final, scoring the winning goal in their 3–2 comeback win against Marseille.
